With Express Service, you'll receive:
- Same-day inspection
- A clear repair plan outlining timeline and next steps
- Fast turnaround on most camping-critical issues
If parts are needed, we'll expedite orders to minimize downtime and get you back to your adventures as soon as possible.
Express RV Service is available to all customers, except for warranty work on units purchased outside the RV Connections group of dealers.
What Is Express RV Service?
Express RV Service is our way of keeping you camping. If you're experiencing an issue that can be diagnosed and repaired while you wait, we'll give it our best shot — quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
How Does Express RV Service Work?
- Contact our Service Department Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- We'll schedule a same-day inspection.
- You'll receive a repair plan outlining the timeline and scope of work.
- Most camping-critical issues are resolved the same day.
- Once repairs are complete, you're back on the road.
If parts need to be ordered, we'll expedite them to reduce downtime.

- Free roof and slide floor inspections
- Most manufacturer recalls
- Patio awning fabric replacement
- Roof vent replacement
- MaxxAir cover installation
- A/C service or replacement
- Refrigerator service
- Water heater service
- Appliance & accessories check
- Electrical system check
- LP (propane) system check
- Water system check
- Slide-out service
- Wheel bearing repack
- Trailer brake or brake light repairs
